What the integration does
- Reads finance data authorized through QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0
- Supports internal reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
- Maintains controlled access and refresh records
What it does not do
- Does not sell QuickBooks data
- Does not use QuickBooks data for advertising
- Does not intentionally write to QuickBooks in the current read-only workflow
Access
Via Team Finance is limited to authorized Via Nations finance personnel. Connections are initiated and managed by the integration administrator.

Our controls are designed around limited access, explicit authorization, and responsible retention.
Authorized access only
QuickBooks access is granted through Intuit’s authorization process and limited to approved Via Nations use.
Data minimization
We access only the information reasonably needed for the integration’s finance functions.
Security by design
OAuth tokens and finance data are not stored by this public website and are protected within controlled systems.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while needed for an authorized business or recordkeeping purpose, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.
