Terms of Use
Effective July 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to Via Team Finance, an internal Via Nations finance integration. By authorizing or using the integration, you represent that you are authorized to act for the applicable Via Nations QuickBooks Online company and agree to these terms.
Authorized use
The integration may be used only for legitimate, authorized Via Nations finance, accounting, reporting, reconciliation, audit-support, and analytical purposes. You must not attempt to access a company, record, or function you are not authorized to use.
QuickBooks authorization
The integration uses Intuit’s OAuth authorization process. You are responsible for ensuring that any connection you approve is appropriate and within your authority. Via Team Finance is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit beyond use of its authorized developer services.

Current service scope
The current integration is intended to read authorized accounting information for internal workflows. It is not intended to create, edit, approve, delete, or post QuickBooks transactions. Future functionality, if any, may be governed by updated terms and additional authorization.
Availability and accuracy
The integration is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Reports and analyses must be reviewed using applicable Via Nations finance controls before they are treated as approved accounting records or relied upon for material decisions.
Security responsibilities
You must protect access to your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not place passwords, OAuth tokens, payment information, or other secrets in support messages.
Disconnection
An authorized QuickBooks administrator may revoke the connection through QuickBooks Online. See our disconnect and reconnect guidance or contact support for assistance.
Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
